CONSULTATIVE APPROACH - ‘5 key Milestones’
(1) Evaluate - the client’s needs and areas for greater efficiency and performance. Depending on the scale of the Initial Audit our Solutions team may role out some Software tools at this stage to help gather the necessary information.
(2) Presentation - Our Project Team will present our findings to the client through a short presentation or a series of meetings with the relevant personnel. We also at this stage consult with your IT division in auditing your infrastructure to ensure correct compliance with our Hardware/ Software. Any concerns that our clients will have are normally dealt with at this stage through the above meetings or relevant demonstrations of the products on site with existing Office Evolutions customers.
(3) Pilot - Identify with the client the proposed Solution in an area where it has the most relevance. Traditionally the Pilot Scheme would be targeted in an area that might capture 80-90% of the clients requirements defined in the Presentation, Scanning, Colour Printing, charge back to Clients and Fax forwarding through a dedicated Fax folder on your network.
(4) Rollout - Agree sign off with the client and implement the installation by floor/ dept or otherwise. The methodology is crucial in so far as the complete roll out could take 4-6 weeks depending on the size of the organisation or the geographical spread.
(5) Benchmark - Through our Service Level Agreement meetings we will monitor the performance of our devices with our innovative Software products and provide the Facilities
